ADHD Coaching for Women, Parents & Teens
Living with ADHD can feel exhausting:
-
the constant mental juggling,
-
the endless to-do list that never seems to shrink,
-
the intensity of emotions that feel impossible to contain.
You try again, give your best effort, and still feel stuck in the same cycle.

Who I Work With
When you embrace ADHD instead of fighting it, life feels lighter.
I guide you to work with your brain and feel more in control.
I support:
-
Women navigating late ADHD diagnosis, impostor syndrome, intense emotions or RSD, and burnout from 'holding it all together.'
-
Parents facing the challenges of raising a child with ADHD, feeling helpless, depleted, unsure how to respond, and caught in constant conflict.
-
Teens (16+) seeking support with study, motivation, emotional ups and downs, self-confidence, or friendships.

Together, we’ll create space for the life you’re ready for...
One step at a time.

A proven, research-based program created by Dr. Russell Barkley.
When ADHD creates daily tension and exhaustion at home, this structured approach gives parents practical tools to bring more calm and cooperation. Together, we’ll focus on improving communication, reducing stress, and making family life feel more manageable and harmonious.
For clients who’ve completed a program and want to stay supported.
These flexible sessions help you stay on track, troubleshoot challenges, and keep moving towards your goals.
The frequency is entirely up to you, some check in once or twice a year, others prefer monthly support, and many return if needed when new goals or challenges arise.
