Certified ADHD Life Coach
What ADHD Coaching actually is (and how it helps)
ADHD coaching isn't therapy. It's not about diagnosing or treating.
It's about understanding how your brain works and building strategies that fit you.
Together, we'll focus on what's getting in your way right now,
and create practical steps to move forward.

My Coaching Approach
I am an ICF Certified ADHD Life Coach, trained to the highest standards, and committed to the ICF Code of Ethics.

My deep knowledge of ADHD comes from both rigorous study and lived experience, which means I don't just understand ADHD academically. I get it.

What You Can Expect
A supportive partner:
I’ll guide you without judgment. This is your space.
Clear goals:
We’ll define what matters most to you (not what you think you "should" want).
Actionable steps:
Every session ends with a plan that feels doable, not overwhelming.
Accountability:
Coaching builds self-accountability, not dependence. You'll leave each session with clear steps and the tools to follow through, empowered to stay on track between sessions.
What Coaching can help with
ADHD shows up differently for everyone. Here are some of the challenges my clients work through:
Procrastination:
That feels like an invisible wall
Impostor syndrome:
Feeling like a fraud, waiting for someone to "figure you out")
Rejection Sensitive Dysphoria (RSD):
When criticism or perceived rejection hits devastatingly hard
Emotional overwhelm or dysregulation:
Emotions that feel too big to contain
Disorganisation and daily chaos:
Losing things, forgetting tasks, feeling constantly scattered
Lack of confidence or self-esteem:
Doubting yourself constantly
Impulsivity:
Saying yes too quickly and regretting it, reacting instead of responding (like shouting as a parent when you wanted to stay calm), compulsive buying, interrupting conversations
Time management and chronic overwhelm:
Always running late, to-do lists that never shrink, feeling constantly behind and barely keeping up
ADHD also often coexists with anxiety, OCD, ODD, sleep issues, depression, autism, dyslexia, dyspraxia, and more.
➜ Coaching provides a supportive space to navigate these complexities.
