Meet Severine, ADHD Coach

ADHD entered my life as an adult when I wasn’t even aware that such a condition existed. Since then, I've become passionate about learning and understanding everything about it.

The many facets of ADHD are truly fascinating. They have not only helped me revisit my life with a better understanding but have also fueled my curiosity, open-mindedness, and caring nature.

I am an ICF Certified ADHD Life Coach, trained by the highest standards, and I abide by the strict ICF Code of Ethics.

My story

ADHD runs in my family, and I recognise many of its traits in myself.

Along the way, I found what works for me, often the hard way. Perfectionism used to stop me from starting at all. When I made room for imperfection and “good enough,” and saved high standards for what truly mattered, things became possible.

Baby steps became my answer to overwhelm. Undone tasks pile up into a mountain that feels impossible to climb. Small steps work the other way: each one builds on the last. Every time I look back, I feel grateful for what I’ve been able to achieve.

These are the tools I now share with the women I coach. If perfectionism or overwhelm keep you stuck, I know that place, and I know the way out starts small.

How I coach

A coaching session is a dedicated space, just for you. Many of the women I work with think a lot, but their thoughts often go in circles, or turn against them. In a session, we slow down and really look at what’s on your mind, so your reflection becomes constructive and leads somewhere.

If you have an introspective nature, that’s already a strong sign coaching could suit you. Looking inward helps you see things from a different angle, and that’s the first meaningful step towards the change you want.

What I love most is the moment a client realises she can give herself permission: permission to pause, to invite joy, to be who she is. It often comes with emotion, and with the realisation that she deserves everything that follows.

Who I work with

I work with women who often wonder why things feel so hard, and whether it’s even possible to do things differently. If you want to understand yourself and find a way to move forward, you don’t need to have it all figured out. Wanting to understand is enough to start.

As a coach, my intention is to help you reach meaningful realisations: the ones that suddenly make everything clear and show you which thread to pull. Often, one realisation is all it takes for things to shift. Your role is to show up and take part in the conversation, one small step at a time.

When motherhood adds to the picture, especially when your children have ADHD too, I understand the extra challenges it brings.

Everyone is welcome here, whatever your background, culture or identity, and that includes LGBTQ+ women. Whether you’ve been diagnosed, are self-identified, or are simply wondering if ADHD is part of your story, there’s a place for you here.

My training

I’m a certified ADHD coach, trained with iACT, and an ICF-credentialed coach (ACC). I’m also a member of AADPA, the Australian ADHD Professionals Association.

A little more about me

I’m originally from France, and you’ll hear it in my accent. I live in Sydney’s Eastern Suburbs, where most mornings you’ll find me walking my chocolate Labrador in Centennial Park. I sometimes suspect she has ADHD too! I love photography and I’m especially sensitive to light. I value openness, honesty and authenticity, and that’s how I show up in every session.
