ADHD Coaching
for Women

Support for emotional clarity, daily function & meaningful change
ADHD coaching helps you manage what feels overwhelming, reconnect with yourself, and move forward.
One step at a time.
Feeling stuck, scattered, or constantly overwhelmed?
Maybe you’re not sure exactly what’s wrong. You just know that life could feel easier, calmer, and more meaningful.
You might experience:
-
Brain fog or difficulty concentrating, alternating with bursts of hyperfocus
-
Emotional overwhelm: feeling hurt, embarrassed, or irritable easily, and struggling to calm down
-
Procrastination that keeps pushing important tasks further down the list
-
Constantly losing things, forgetting appointments, or ignoring reminders
-
Zoning out mid-conversation
-
Impulsivity: blurting things out, impulse shopping, or reacting before thinking
-
Restlessness that makes it hard to stay still
-
Struggling with patience in queues, traffic, or daily routines
-
Impostor syndrome: feeling like you’re not enough despite your achievements
These are common ADHD experiences.
Not everyone has them in the same way or intensity, but even mild challenges can pile up until life starts feeling unmanageable.
At the same time,
many people with ADHD are high achievers, perfectionists, and skilled at holding it all together (though often at a high personal cost).
Even for women who usually “hold it together,” certain life stages can intensify ADHD challenges.
Some examples include:
-
Starting a new job or returning to study for the first-time
-
Navigating relationships or managing a busy family life
-
Hormonal fluctuations: menstruation, postpartum, or perimenopause which can amplify ADHD symptoms significantly
-
Parenting, especially if your child also shows ADHD traits or has a formal diagnosis
-
Your child's adolescence coinciding with your own perimenopause: adding another layer of emotional and mental load that often goes unseen

These moments can feel overwhelming, like life is constantly “too much.”
Coaching provides a structured, supportive space to navigate these challenges. Together, we’ll explore how to work with your brain, preserve your energy, and implement practical strategies that honor both your strengths and your limits.
Coaching is a collaborative space to pause, understand yourself better, and make room for what matters most.
Together, we’ll explore:
-
How your brain works (and why it works the way it does)
-
What drains your energy or triggers overwhelm
-
Simple, realistic strategies to rebuild focus, motivation, and self-trust

You’ll make steady, sustainable progress (no pressure, no perfection).
I’ll guide you with compassion to create a structure that supports meaningful change.
If you’re also a parent navigating ADHD, I also offer the Barkley Parenting Program : a structured, evidence-based approach developed by Dr. Russell Barkley, one of the leading ADHD experts.
