Duration: 15 minutes

Free

This complimentary call is an opportunity to discuss your needs and see if coaching is a good fit because having the right support is essential for meaningful progress.

Initial Consultation

Duration: 90 minutes

In this session, we’ll clarify your goals, define your desired outcomes, and identify both challenges and strengths.

 

You'll leave with a clear plan and actionable insights to guide your next steps.

Coaching Session

Duration: 60 minutes | 3-month program

Lasting change takes time and consistency. A 3-month coaching program can provide the structure needed to bring about meaningful progress.

 

Afterward, you can choose to schedule additional sessions or occasional check-ins as needed.
